Never overestimate what the big fellows at the top are saying. Remember that Ken Olson (Founder and President of Digital Computers), in 1977, said, “There’s no reason in the world why every person should own a computer”.
My best advice is: lean on your strengths and recruit to overcome your weaknesses.
